Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate construction activities and manage subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Assist in resolving any onsite issues that may arise

Job Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety protocols
