Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve assigned target and goals through excellent professional weight & body loss treatment service in all aspects e.g. technical, consultation and customer service.
• Attend to customer’s requests and enquiries.
• Conduct professional body treatments and recommend suitable weight & body loss treatment services, products and packages to the customers.
• Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.
• Ensure cleanliness, sterilizing and maintenance of equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic.
• Handle documentation, phone calls, basic administration duties and appointments.
• Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.
• Sales of packages and products to customers
• Perform body treatment services for customers
• Follow up treatment results with customers
• To assist other duties as assigned.
