Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through efficient communication and problem-solving
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
• Process incoming customer orders and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor while addressing customer concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service techniques

Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent

• Holder of SPM Certificate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
