As the Admin and Accountant Assistant, you will be an integral part of our accounting firm, specializing in invoicing, internal payment arrangements, and HR processes. Your role involves efficient coordination between the management and employees, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of HR policies.
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates must possess at least and above: Diploma in business administration, human resources, or a Accountant.
• Proven experience in invoicing, payment arrangements, and HR processes.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
