Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market share
• Effectively communicate product information to potential clients and address their questions
• Follow up on leads and ensure prompt responses to client inquiries
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company targets
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Prepare and submit sales reports as required by the sales team
• Attend training sessions and meetings to keep updated on company news and industry trends

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Be highly motivated and a proactive team player
• Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Be detail-oriented and possess a good understanding of sales processes
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
