Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and promptly
• Maintain a clean and hygienic dining area, including the tables, chairs, and floors
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers
• Anticipate and meet customer needs, making recommendations when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, prices, and promotions
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card payments
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in hospitality or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
