Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Maintain product displays and ensure that the store is clean and organized
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and conducting counts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic approach to teamwork and customer interaction
• Proficiency in handling cash and processing transactions
