Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician cum Production, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with production team to ensure smooth operation and maintain equipment efficiency.
• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and quality control activities.
• Assisting in production planning and scheduling to optimize production output.
• Participating in training and education programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall plant efficiency and productivity.
• Developing and implementing maintenance and quality control procedures to improve plant performance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant qualifications in a field such as mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance and quality control issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical stamina to perform lifting, bending, and other manual tasks.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.
