Position: Office Admin Assistant (FULL-TIME POSITION)
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the direct report.
- Assist in the translating of documentation, preparing forms, or other relevant documentation for the administrative department.2. Correspondence and Communication
- Prepare & manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Assist with the preparations of presentations
- Respond to emails, chat / messages, phone calls, or other correspondence as directed.
- Executive & Management Support
- Assist with the executive, management, senior management, and top management appointment schedules that include meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travels etc.
- Information Support
- Prepare meeting agenda, and attendance list, take minute meetings, circulate meeting paper, and help on slide compilation.
- Provide/compile reports on assigned work as required.
- Identify and follow up matters arising from the tasks as required.
- Public Relations
- Assist in liaising with Agents, lawyers (s), bankers, Valuer and Tenants, and other external organizations including government bodies when required.
- Arrangement for external visit when required.
- Support overseas partner cooperation and communication.
- Human Resource Assistant
- Check employee attendance.
- Arrange an interview for the manager.
- Prepare an appointment letter.
- Prepare KPI forms.
- Assist in daily Human Resource documentation as per request by Admin & HR Manager.
- Support employee engagement activities in the Company.
- Ad-hoc task related to admin and human resources department.
