Account And Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings.
• Support tax computations and submissions (on-the-job training provided).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Maintain corporate secretarial records for clients.
• Assist with additional accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Preferably with knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Autocount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Provide on-job training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fully/Hybrid Remote Working Arrangement
• Chinese and Location in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is preferred
