Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflows
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
