Mandarin Teacher (Full Time)

Job description:

Responsibilities

• Teaching: Guide students in learning Mandarin through speaking, listening and reading activities.
• Host Short Learning Sessions – Teach basic Mandarin concepts in interactive and fun sessions.
• Culture: Introduce Chinese customs alongside lessons via ZOOM
• Support: Provide extra help to students who need it.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers and staff to ensure effective learning
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team – Work together to improve student conversion and refine learning sessions.
• Shifts: Work on a rotating schedule (morning, afternoon) and during weekends.
• Salary : Basic salary + Allowance + Incentive + Commission

Requirement

• Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken and written).
• Below 36 years old.
• Experienced in teaching or tutoring Mandarin.
• Owns a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
• Flexible to work morning, afternoon shifts, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills with adaptable teaching methods.
• Passionate about supporting student learning and growth.
