Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and hygiene standards
• Meet production targets and deadlines by prioritizing tasks and working effectively under pressure
• Document production data and perform basic analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures to prevent accidents and minimize risks
• Assist in training new production staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process and consistent production quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic analytical skills to interpret production data
• Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in standard software applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
