Job Responsibilities
As an Administrative Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in various administrative tasks. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the team by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling daily correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Maintaining a organized and clutter-free workspace
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Fresh graduate or recent graduate with little to no work experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
