Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and engineering designs to create accurate Autocad drawings and models
• Develop and maintain high-quality 2D and 3D drafting documents, including technical specifications, dimensions, and materials
• Create detailed and precise drawings of building components, including walls, floors, and roofs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in drafting documents
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of drafting documents
• Assist in creating bills of materials and quantity takeoffs as required
• Maintain accurate records of all drafting activities and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Collaborate with senior drafters to develop and implement drafting standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and software updates to continually improve drafting skills

Requirements Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Basic understanding of Autocad software, including familiarity with layout, blocks, and dimensions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software, technologies, and systems
• Basic math and calculation skills, including geometry and spatial reasoning
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and organization in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
