Financial Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage a team of financial analysts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Provide financial guidance and support to business units to ensure fiscal responsibility
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management program to minimize financial exposure

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in financial management or a related field
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in a field such as finance, accounting, or business administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present financial information to stakeholders
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team of financial analysts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in financial software such as Excel, Access, and SAP
• Strong understanding of financial laws and regulations with the ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
