Job Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in processing orders and managing inventory records
- Coordinate office activities and maintain an organized workspace
- Support communication between different departments
- Prepare reports and maintain records as needed
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
