JR / Assist Quantity Surveyor

- Preparing the tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation.
- On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
- Track the changes of design and/or construction work and update the budgets
- Analyze the completed work and issue the payment of the certificate to the client
- To prepare the monthly progress claim report
- Arrange a site visit and liaise with the client, engineer, sub-contractor etc
