Job Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks according to specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and maintain welding equipment for optimal performance
• Execute welding processes including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
• Inspect and test welds for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production welding
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
