We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Candidates with strong qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a Sales Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Assist prospective clients in selecting suitable business courses and training programs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Expand and manage a client database to drive sales growth
- Negotiate and close deals while consistently meeting sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to reach new customers and markets
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and execution
- Work with vendors and internal teams to create marketing materials
- Conduct market research and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or education-related roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Fluent in English, Malay and proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders.
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
