JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling phone calls, chats & emails for our customers.
- Address their needs, complaints or other issues with products promptly.
- Liase with customer constantly for production planning and capacity.
- Liase with inter/ outer company for delivery of goods.
- Be in close collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Purchasing and Logistics.
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery order and proper filing.
- Stock checking with store.
- Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education level SPM / STPM/ DIPLOMA level. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.
- Required languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
- A team player and initiatives.
- Preferable age: 18 – 35 y/o.
- Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft & data entry (Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
