Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that products meet quality standards through rigorous inspections and testing
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications
• Utilize measurement and testing tools to verify production processes
• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and quality control
• Generate detailed reports on quality assessments and recommend corrective actions
• Foster a quality-oriented culture within the team by training and mentoring colleagues

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in quality management or engineering
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP
• Proficiency in measurement and testing tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and quality software tools
