Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing graphics and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital displays
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring new ideas and concepts to life, ensuring our designs align with client goals and brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to create engaging and effective designs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of design projects
• Develop and maintain design files, including logos, icon sets, and typography systems
• Assist in designing and implementing brand identity systems for new and existing clients
• Conduct research to stay informed about the latest design tools and technologies
• Develop a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and incorporate this knowledge into design decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Fine Arts, Visual Communications)
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a design agency or creative firm
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
