Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to acquire new clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to develop sales pitches and proposals
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and metrics to track performance
• Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and sales pipelines
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management
• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
