Mechanical Engineer

1. Assessing project requirements especially on mechanical parts, jig and tools
2. Measuring the performance of mechanical components, jig and tools
3. Agreeing to design / fabricate by budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
4. Modifying and maintaining products and the processes that support them.
5. Using computer-aided design/modelling software.
6. Liaising with suppliers on every first article, new parts or custom parts.
7. Producing and implementing designs and test procedures.
8. Carrying out risk assessments of each processes
9. Presenting designs to managers and clients.
10. Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
11. Writing reports and documentation.
12. Providing technical advice / solutions on jig, tools or parts
13. Analysing and interpreting data on parts, jig and tools
14. Managing projects, costs and downline staff
15. Good skill,knowhow and creative to improve manual job to automation concept
