Mechanical Design Engineer

-Design and develop automation machines, jig and fixture based on customer requirements.

-Prepare detailed parts drawing & build BOMs for fabrication & assembly.

-Prepare Machine Operation Manual and documentation.

-Adhere to company design standards during the design process.

-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

-Assist in part assembly, setup & troubleshooting.

-Liaise with customers on design, materials / components selection and product -functionality and quality issues.

-Complete all assigned tasks within the schedule given.
