Job Responsibilities

In the role of HR & Admin Executive, you will:

• Manage the HRDC portal and establish strong communication with HRD Corp
• Assist in various HR functions to support our employees’ needs
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
• Contribute to creating an engaging and supportive workplace culture
• Facilitate employee training and development programs
• Maintain HR records and documentation efficiently
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new team members

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Possesses 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or administration
• Is able to communicate effectively in multiple languages
• Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Shows a keen interest in HR practices and employee engagement
• Has a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
