Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies
• Administer employee onboarding and training programs
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts efficiently
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
• Implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR or consulting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with HR software and technologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
