Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile and ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Prepare and serve beverages, meals, and desserts according to the company’s standards.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system as needed.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, handling payments and making change as required.
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in taking orders and preparing food and drinks.
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Develop strong relationships with regular customers, remembering their preferences and providing personalized service.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or equivalent with high school diploma or certificate.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and a positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
- Show a high level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong language skills in Chinese and Malay language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and independence, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions as required.
- Be a team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
