Responsibilities
As the Air Freight Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating the air freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of cargo
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
- Overseeing the air freight team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Coordinating with the sales team to promote air freight services and identify new business opportunities
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyzing and reporting on air freight performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements
To be successful as our Air Freight Manager, you will need to possess the following:
- 3-5 years of experience in air freight logistics
- Relevant qualifications, such as a certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with air freight logistics software and systems
- Candidate’s attitude and honesty are valued over age and education
** Willingness to work with a joint venture partner at SG, who requiring an existing sales network.
** Customers list around Johor Bahru area are ready for explore.
Keterampilan
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially EXCEL & WORD.
• Have good communication skills, team spirit, initiative, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand of working pressure, education and age are doesn’t matter, important is attitude and honesty.
• Applicants with air-freight logistics experience are preferred.
• Welcome JV partner at Singapore with existing sales network
