Graduate Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Project Support

• Assist Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers in daily project execution activities.
• Support preparation of project documentation including method statements, procedures, reports, material tracking, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, QA/QC, E&M, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of project activities.
• Monitor project progress and update internal trackers for materials, equipment, and site activities.

1. Coordination & Technical Support

• Participate in technical discussions and internal coordination meetings to support project requirements.
• Assist in material verification, drawing reviews, and technical document control.
• Support troubleshooting activities and provide engineering assistance during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, HSE requirements, and client standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Notes

• Will be assigned under supervision of Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer for structured development and exposure to project execution.
• May be required to travel to project sites, yards, or offshore facilities depending on project requirements
