Responsibilities
As the General & Administrative Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall strategy and operations of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction to the G&A team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
- Overseeing the management of company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing and developing a high-performing G&A team, providing coaching and mentoring to optimize performance
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting
- Over 10 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role, preferably in a G&A function
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through strategic initiatives
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
