Job Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist, your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing exceptional spa treatments that enhance the well-being of our clients
• Assessing client needs and creating personalized treatment plans
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized treatment environment
• Engaging with clients to ensure they have a delightful experience from check-in to check-out
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa
• Keeping up to date with new treatments and wellness trends

Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or High School qualification
• Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a spa or wellness setting
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
