Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery in our manufacturing facility to ensure smooth production processes
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Adhere to quality control standards to produce high-quality products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Demonstrate flexibility in working rotations and overtime when necessary

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a relevant certificate being a plus
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to work in rotational shifts and commit to overtime hours
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
