Marketing Manager

Job description

• Develop and direct the implementation of brand strategies, plans for existing and new products, lead and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring its effective and timely implementation to achieve brand objectives.
• To review, manage and analyze company’s social media account performance and responses to better formulates marketing strategies.
• Analyse and study current and potential business and priorities to strengthen company’s competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and support materials, including presentations, proposals, and customer case studies.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years working experience in related field.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Passion for business growth, creativity & innovation
• Aggressive, fast thinking and ability to operate within a challenging environment.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and result oriented.
