Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective governance and administration strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership and direction to the administrative team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain policies, procedures, and systems to support the organization’s strategic vision
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Analyze financial data and reports to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career development and succession planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in a senior administrative or financial management role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
  • Proven track record of delivering results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
