Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate and engage young learners
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for children
• Observe and assess children’s development and provide feedback to parents
• Facilitate play-based learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the centre
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety standards are met
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a childcare or early childhood education setting
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
• Commitment to promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
