Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage existing relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers in the accounting industry
• Identify and pursue new client prospects through research, networking, and lead generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to develop and execute sales campaigns
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of the company’s business plan
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the accounting industry
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or accounting
• Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Fluency in Malay and English languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills
