Job Description
- Evaluate a client’s current situation and potential future risks toidentify the most appropriate insurance coverages.
- Advise, explain, and present various insurance products ensuringthe client understands the terms and conditions.
- Assist clients in completing applications accurately and submit themto underwriters to secure approval.
- Guide clients through the claims process and help them collectbenefits when a claim is met.
- Uphold legal responsibilities, including loyalty, fairness, and honestywhile acting in the best interest of the client and the insurer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regularcommunication, policy reviews, and customer service.
