Job Vacancy: E-commerce Specialist (电商专员)

Location: Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur (LRT/KTM Accessible)

Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 6,500

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of our stores on Malaysia’s leading e-marketplaces. The ideal candidate is someone who is tech-savvy, data-driven, and has a proven track record in driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Lead the daily operations of official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This includes product uploading, price updates, and inventory synchronization.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and execute platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) and store-specific promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
  • TikTok Shop & Live: Manage TikTok Shop operations, including affiliate collaborations, video content scheduling, and supporting live streaming sessions.
  • Performance Marketing: Monitor and optimize store advertisements (Shopee Ads, Lazada Solutions) to ensure a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Data Analytics: Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Customer Engagement: Oversee store chat performance and ensure high-quality responses to customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively manage store content, communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and handle customer inquiries. Fluency in English is also required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce ERP systems, basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop), and advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Attributes: Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and algorithms.
