Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Conducts site meetings with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to discuss project progress, identify and address risks, and make key decisions
• Reviews and verifies project documentation, including blueprints, contracts, and payment schedules
• Conducts site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
• Manages budget and expenses, preparing and submitting financial reports to stakeholders
• Develops and implements process improvements to enhance site efficiency and productivity
• Maintains relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project continuity
• Coordinates with other teams, including operations, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifies and resolves site-related issues, such as material shortages, labor disputes, and equipment failures

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and limited resources
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible attitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
