Job Description
· Daily on-going work, such as document organization, filing, ensuring of shipment delivery, timely reply to customer of cargo logistics movement.
· Preparation of DO, Invoice, delivery schedule, communicate between warehouse and customers of cargo movement progress.
Skills
• Must be fluent in Mandarin hence will be communicate with Chinas’ supplier, and logistics partner. English and BM will put in second place.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft EXCEL & WORD。
• Have good communication skills, team spirit, initiative, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand of working pressure, education and age are doesn’t matter, important is attitude and honesty.
• Applicants with IT background are welcome. We will digitalize step by step to meet market demand.
• Applicants with logistics experience are preferred.
