Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview

As a Process Engineer you will support end‑to‑end project delivery—from concept and detailed design to construction support and handover. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, safety, and operations) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Documentation
  • Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and control logic philosophies.
  • Sizing and select major equipment & instruments; prepare Material Take Offs (MTOs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Project Coordination
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, local councils and authorities.
  • Coordinate with procurement and drafting teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings, materials and approvals.
• Technical Analysis & Optimization
  • Conduct performance analyses; identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Recommend continuous improvements and new technologies.
• Site Support & Compliance
  • Attend site surveys, progress meetings and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to EQA, OSHA, ISO and related policies.
• Reporting & Handover
  • Prepare tender documents, proposals and final project reports.
  • Compile “as‑built” documentation and operate handover checklists.
• Team Development
  • Mentor junior engineers; share best practices and deliver internal training.
