Job Scope

• Utilize social media platforms to attract individuals interested in learning Mandarin.
• Promote FREE Mandarin trial classes to generate engagement.
• Communicate and build rapport with prospects to encourage participation.
• Convert prospects into enrollments and earn commissions.
• Represent the brand professionally across all online platforms.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders and participate in full training programs.

Salary:

Commission and incentives during the probation period: basic salary + incentives + commission upon confirmation

• Active on social media with basic online marketing knowledge.
• No prior experience required — open to fresh graduates or career changers.
