Assistant Qa Engineer Manager

• Involve in First Article Inspection (FAI) / new part preparation.
• Responsible to liaise with customer regarding non-conforming part (incoming and outgoing).
Feedback incoming part reject / shortage or extra to customer until further action.
• Convey the information from customer to internal team (Sales/Planner/QC/Production).
• Assist leader to identify non-conforming parts for incoming & outgoing inspection.
• Liaise with production (leader or supervisor) on quality problems and take necessary
counter measure prevent recurrences.
• Support QA Engineer to find root cause of occurrence and counter measure actions.
• Preparing report to management (customer incoming & outgoing rejection) by collect,
analyze and summarize the data.
• Prepare and maintain parts quality documentation based on ISO specifications.
• Participate in Internal Quality Audit (IQA) for ISO 9001.
• Identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvement.
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
