Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and data security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and minimal impact on business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies, aligned with business objectives and goals
• Implement and enforce company-wide security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect against cyber threats and data breaches
• Perform regular system performance monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing system efficiency
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support smooth system operation
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior engineers or specialized teams as needed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s technical roadmap and planning processes

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT engineering, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or engineering
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles, best practices, and industry standards
• Experience with IT service management, ITIL, or similar frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in IT security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or JIRA
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes
