Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer at Redcliffe Production Sdn Bhd, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and be part of a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various platforms and devices
• Conducting research and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives
• Creating prototypes and usability testing to validate design concepts
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines
• Working closely with the creative team to ensure seamless design execution
• Identifying areas for design improvement and implementing changes to enhance user experience
• Presenting design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (fresh graduate or diploma equivalent)
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch
• Experience with UX design tools such as Figma or InVision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
