Job Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with potential car buyers
- Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the purchasing process
- Effectively presenting the features and benefits of various cars to match customer requirements
- Handling inquiries and addressing questions regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Supporting the sales team in achieving targets and exceeding business goals
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain smooth operation and a great customer experience
- Accurately documenting sales transactions and relevant customer information
