Job Description:
The Customer Account Consultant will play a key role in managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth lending process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in money lending.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers regarding their loan accounts, including inquiries, payment processing, and issue resolution.
• Account Management: Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
• Sales and Marketing: Assist in sales and marketing activities to promote loan products and services.
• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Preferably Mandarin Speaking (Male/Female), aged between 21-30 with a pleasant personality.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Strong interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Discipline, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Positive, confident, motivated, and sales-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Good knowledge of marketing, latest trends in market, and customer preferences.
• Familiar with the most popular traditional and social media channels to reach target audiences effectively.
