Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to devise personalized financial plans for clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the banking and finance industry
- Offer expert advice on investment strategies, risk management, and retirement planning
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive financial solutions
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing
Requirements
- Fresh graduates in finance or related fields are encouraged to apply
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum qualification
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, economics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, regulations, and industry standards
